These Guidelines keep TravelTube safe, respectful, and authentic. Violating any part of these rules may lead to warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension.

• AirPins and Drops
• Comments and Messages
• Portal and Live Experiences
• TConnect & Arrival Box interactions

3.2 Harassment & Bullying

3.3 Hate Speech & Discrimination

Do not attack or demean people based on:

• Race or ethnicity
• National origin
• Religion
• Gender or gender identity
• Sexual orientation
• Disability
• Immigration status
• Caste or socioeconomic status

3.4 Sexual Content & Nudity

TravelTube is a travel‑focused platform, not adult entertainment.

Prohibited:

• Explicit sexual acts
• Pornographic content
• Posts intended for sexual arousal
• Sexual exploitation or solicitation

Allowed:

• Non‑sexual nudity in natural travel contexts (e.g., beaches) when not explicit or suggestive

3.5 Illegal Activities

Do not post or facilitate:

• Drug trafficking or illegal drug use
• Human trafficking, smuggling, or exploitation
• Fraud or scams
• Sale of restricted items
• Terrorism or extremist content

3.6 Misinformation that Causes Harm

Prohibited:

• Deepfakes presented as real
• False travel safety information
• Fake merchant listings
• Fabricated TConnect driver identities

3.7 Self‑Harm & Suicide Content

Prohibited:

• Instructions for self‑harm
• Encouragement or glorification of suicide

Allowed:

• Personal stories seeking support (handled sensitively)

4. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

4.1 Impersonation & Identity Fraud

Do not:

• Pretend to be someone else
• Use fake names, photos, or credentials
• Create fraudulent merchant or hotel profiles

4.2 Spam & Manipulation

Do not:

• Mass‑message users
• Post repetitive, irrelevant content
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or Drops
• Use bots, scripts, or automated posting tools

4.3 Exploiting Platform Features

Examples of misuse:

• Using AirPins to mislead travelers
• Creating fake Drops
• Abuse of the Arrival Box delivery system
• Misuse of the Portal to harass or disturb others

4.4 Unauthorized Commercial Activity

Do not:

• Sell unrelated goods or services without approval
• Run external promotions without disclosure
• Advertise illegal or restricted products

5. SAFETY RULES FOR LOCATION FEATURES

TravelTube is location‑driven. Misuse is taken seriously.

5.1 Misleading or Harmful Location Pins

Do not:

• Post AirPins in unsafe or fraudulent locations
• Create Drops designed to lure or endanger people
• Fake emergency or crisis locations

5.2 Stalking or Tracking

Forbidden:

• Attempting to track or monitor someone without consent
• Using map features to harass, follow, or ambush users

5.3 Sensitive Locations Restrictions

You may not post detailed content revealing:

• Military areas
• Restricted government zones
• Private residences (without permission)

6. GUIDELINES FOR SPECIFIC FEATURES

6.1 Moments, Posts & Videos

Allowed:

• Travel experiences, culture, storytelling, vlogs, photos
• Reviews and recommendations

Not allowed:

• Copyright‑infringing content
• Misleading travel deals or scams

6.2 AirPins

Must contain:

• Accurate location data
• Useful, honest travel insights

Illegal:

• Using AirPins for harassment or fraud

6.3 Drops

Drops must be:

• Legal, safe, and truthful
• Placed in secure, public‑friendly areas

Forbidden:

• Placing bait‑style Drops for deception
• Drops containing harmful objects or substances

6.4 Portal & Live Experiences

Prohibited:

• Sexual or explicit content
• Violent or hateful speech
• Harassing participants
• Broadcasting private individuals without consent

6.5 Arrival Box

Users must:

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Be available to receive items where required
• Not misuse the system to send illegal or dangerous items

7. MERCHANT & PROVIDER RULES

The following apply to hotels, restaurants, guides, tour operators, TConnect drivers, and all businesses.

7.1 Accuracy & Honesty

Merchants must:

• Use real photos
• Provide accurate pricing
• Provide truthful descriptions
• Honor bookings

7.2 Customer Safety

Merchants must ensure:

• Safe environments
• Proper licensing
• Staff professionalism

7.3 No Exploitation

Merchants may not:

• Inflate prices unfairly
• Add hidden fees
• Engage in discriminatory practices

7.4 Review Manipulation

Prohibited:

• Buying fake reviews
• Punishing customers for negative reviews

8. REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT

Users can report content or behavior that violates these Guidelines.

TravelTube may:

• Remove content
• Restrict features
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users or merchants
• Work with law enforcement when necessary

Decisions may be final depending on severity.
