1. INTRODUCTION

TravelTube ("we," "our," "us") is a global travel, social, merchant, and service platform. By using TravelTube services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

This document covers all features, including:

• Wallet and Closed-Loop Payment System
• Location Sharing & Mapping
• Moments, AirPins, Drops
• Handshake Signatures
• Arrival Box
• Portal & TConnect
• Hotels, Restaurants, and Other Merchant Services
• User Content, Community Interaction, and Safety Features

2. DEFINITIONS

• Closed-Loop Payment System: A closed-loop payment system is a digital wallet or prepaid system that allows funds to be stored and spent exclusively within the TravelTube ecosystem. Users can top up, transfer internally, and pay for TravelTube services, but cannot use these funds outside the platform for unrelated external transactions.
• Wallet: TravelTube Wallet is the digital account where funds are stored, processed, and utilized for payments within TravelTube.
• User: Any individual using TravelTube services.
• Merchant/Service Provider: Businesses or individuals offering travel, hospitality, or other services via TravelTube.
• Handshake Signature: A cryptographic digital signature used to confirm agreements, bookings, or authorizations.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users must:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Be at least 13 years old (or local minimum age)
• Maintain account security
• Not share credentials

TravelTube may suspend accounts for fraudulent activity or policy violations.

4. CLOSED-LOOP PAYMENT SYSTEM (WALLET)

TravelTube Wallet operates as a closed-loop system, a prepaid digital wallet, offering high top-up limits for luxury travel and services while keeping funds within the platform.

4.1 Wallet Features

• Top-up with credit/debit cards, local payment methods
• Internal transfers to other TravelTube users
• Payment for travel bookings, merchant services, TConnect rides, Arrival Box, Portal experiences, gifts, tips and more

4.2 Limitations and Usage

• Wallet balance can be capped depending on the verification level
• Withdrawals to external accounts may be restricted or unavailable
• Closed-loop system prevents funds from being spent outside TravelTube services

4.3 Security & Fraud Prevention

• Transactions are monitored
• Multi-factor authentication may be required
• TravelTube may place temporary reserves to prevent fraud or disputes

4.4 Refunds & Disputes

• Wallet refunds are subject to merchant/service provider policies or smart contracts
• Disputed transactions may be reviewed and resolved by TravelTube; final decisions may be binding within the platform

5. LOCATION & MAPPING SERVICES

5.1 Required Location Access

• Real-time GPS for map discovery, AirPins, Drops, TConnect matching, Arrival Box routing, Portal connections
• Background location for delivery, rides, and safety verification

5.2 User Responsibility

• Maintain accurate location settings
• Do not attempt to manipulate or falsify locations

5.3 Data Retention

• Location logs are retained for fraud, disputes, and delivery validation
• Not sold or shared externally

6. USER CONTENT & COMMUNITY INTERACTIONS

6.1 Posting Rules

• Authentic content only
• No hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or sexual exploitation
• Intellectual property rights respected

6.2 Content Ownership

• Users retain rights to their content
• Grant TravelTube license to display, distribute, and promote within the platform

6.3 Reviews, Ratings & Feedback

• Honest, experience-based feedback required
• Manipulation, fake reviews, or bribery are prohibited

7. HANDSHAKE SIGNATURES

7.1 Digital & Cryptographic Signatures

• Users may sign agreements, confirmations, or transactions digitally
• Legally binding within platform usage
• Stored securely, retained for audit, dispute, and regulatory compliance

7.2 User Responsibilities

• Maintain signature security
• Use only for intended agreements and confirmations

8. MERCHANTS & SERVICE PROVIDERS

Includes Hotels, Restaurants, Tours, TConnect, Arrival Box, Experiences.

8.1 Merchant Onboarding

• KYC/AML verification
• Accurate service information, pricing, and inventory
• Compliance with local laws and licensing

8.2 Responsibilities

• Honor bookings, services, and stated availability
• Provide safe, accurate, and quality service
• Handle cancellations and refunds as specified

8.3 Payments & Payouts

• Processed via Wallet or approved payment methods
• TravelTube may hold reserves for fraud prevention
• Merchant taxes and compliance responsibility

8.4 Reviews & Ratings

• No manipulation allowed
• User complaints handled fairly by TravelTube

8.5 Liability & Insurance

• Merchants responsible for legal insurance and safety
• TravelTube not liable for third-party failures except as required by law

9. ARRIVAL BOX & TCONNECT

9.1 Arrival Box

• Items must comply with customs regulations
• Delivery accuracy and user-provided information required
• TravelTube partners with couriers; delays beyond TravelTube control

10. PORTAL & LIVE INTERACTIONS

• Location-specific connections for travel experiences, chat, and streaming
• Users must respect privacy and safety of participants
• Misuse or harassment results in enforcement actions

11. PRIVACY & DATA

• Collected information includes account, location, device, travel, Wallet, content, communications, and merchant interactions
• Data used for service provision, safety, fraud prevention, personalization, and legal compliance
• Shared only with merchants, payment partners, technical partners, or law enforcement as required
• Users may request access, deletion, or export via [email protected]
• Location-based services are essential; opt-out may disable platform features

12. SECURITY

• Multi-factor authentication
• Encryption of transactions, Wallet balances, and Handshake signatures
• Fraud detection systems
• Users are responsible for device and account security

13. COMMUNITY & CONDUCT

• Follow TravelTube Community Guidelines
• No harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, exploitation, or unsafe behavior

14. TERMINATION

• TravelTube may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or unsafe behavior
• Users may delete their account; limited data may be retained for legal or security purposes

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

• TravelTube may update Terms to reflect new features, laws, or policies
• Users will be notified via in-app notice
• Continued use indicates acceptance of changes
